How billing works
Minutes are counted monthly
Your minutes reset every month on the day the number was activated, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Minutes over the 100 included are billed at the end of that month, rounded up to the whole minute. A month with 150 forwarded minutes on a monthly plan costs $11.50: $9 for the plan and $2.50 for 50 extra minutes. Unanswered calls use no minutes.
Paying for the year
The yearly plan is $90 up front for twelve months, $18 less than paying monthly. Any extra minutes are still billed month by month.
Cancelling
Cancel any number from your account. It keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, and you can reactivate it before then. There are no prorated refunds for unused time or minutes. If we fail to activate a number you bought, we refund the purchase in full.
What is not included
Porting a number out, call recording, replying to texts from the number, and voicemail hosted by us. Calls ring your phone, and a missed call goes to your own carrier voicemail.
